Teacher DEMO on excel -Averages, you cannot paste sums.

Goal for YESTERday: Finish Evaluating Yourself & have Friend 1 begin Evaluating you (vice versa).

GOAL for TODAY: Finish Friend 1 and Friend 2 Evaluation, transfer totals to Your Averages, find averages

CHART 1   Select all EXCEPT the averages. Insert Column (1st 3D Column option)
                    Rename TITLE: Your Name Elements Project

CHART 2   Select FOCUS-DEPTH, Hold down on CTRL & Select Averages
                    Insert Column (1st 3D Column option)
                    Double Click on the Chart and Chart Layout (2nd Option)
                    Rename TITLE: Your Name Averages

TO PRINT: Make sure to put the 2 Charts below the Data
                   Select an empty cell
                   Ctrl P to Print, pick print in the room (if you want color, select the color printer

SUMMARY:  On the LAST page of the Evaluating Photos with Excel Directions
                       Examples of possible responses. (16-18)

If you type and print this out, you do not have to do it later to be included in the Final Portfolio (end of semester).
