Day 39 March 15

1. Start wrapping your prints in paper towel to-go. All items in the drawers will be thrown out every Friday.
2. Spot toning Demo (need print with spots, spot toning markers, white sheet)
3. Cutting a Mat Demo (pick a picture, template that works with picture, new mat)
4. Double Negative due Tuesday (use a neg with a lot of black, 3 stops downs) 
5. Making Prints for Depth of Field (5 stops down, 2 second test strips-2,4,6,8)
6. Due Monday, March 19:

• Proof/Contact Sheet 10 pts.
• Summary with 10 terms underlined.  DO NOT just list terms. At least 5 sentences. 
• TIP: If you type your summaries, you will have a lot less work to do for the final portfolio. 
• DRY: 4 test strips & 4 prints + (1 after burned/dodged) = 5 prints total
• 1 Short DOF, 1 Med. DOF, 1 Long DOF, 1 Choice, After Burn or Dodge

Buy black & white film in class for $3 for the Point of View Shoot (Low, Worms, High, Birds, Oblique)
