1. Using filters to improve contrast-need collateral (ID, keys, etc.)
#4 or higher will improve contrast, but you will need more time
You will make a print, if gray overall, you will need a filter
Put a filter in the tray under the lens of your enlarger and make a test strip.
For part of depth of field you need a before and after print showing your use of filters.

2. Depth of Field Project due Thursday, October 25
Varying f-stops (short, medium, long depth of field)
Label back with initials period, Short, Med, Long, Filter (before, after, #filter).
Tape test strips to the back of print. Make a proofsheet (10 pts.)
Choose 4 to print for short, medium, long, and choice (4 test strips, 4 prints)
1 test strip and after filter print.
Summary using 10 terms underlined & rubric
All goes in your sheet protector with only camera profile sheet.
3. Burn & Dodge-1 before & after print.
If you have a depth of field print that can be improved using this technique-Do it.
You have until the point of view project (when you turn in 5 prints) to do this.
