Day 55

1. Today -you can stay after until 3:30.


2. Make sure you are working at your assigned enlarger.
    You need to check at the beginning of each period for any damages.
    You are responsible for any damages. 

FYI Enlarger # 2's focusing knob is missing. It was not working, but now missing. 
Enlargers are expensive and we need to make sure we take care of the equipment. 

3. Re-emphasizing rules:
    Stay in your seat until the bell rings.
    Off task behavior = 0 participation points for the day.
         
4. Working on Point of View 5 angles-NO EYE LEVEL   

    Due Tuesday, November 13 with Summary & Proofsheet

MINIMUM 6 Prints (burning/dodging) AFTER

    Tape test strips to the back & label:

          initials, period, what POV (Low, High, Worms, Birds, Oblique)

          (Burn & Dodge-1 before & after print)

       

5. You can make an extra double negative for EXTRA CREDIT points.
    You may use any negatives you have shot.

   You may only submit 1 for each

   Double Neg: 10 pts. Possible
   Photogram with Negative A: 10 pts. Possible
   Photogram with Negative B: 10 pts. Possible
   Solarization/Sabattier: 10 pts. Possible
   Mirror: 20 pts. Possible
   
Possible 60 extra credit points due by last darkroom day.

6. New Shoot-Shadows/Reflections due Tuesday, November 13 due to Testing Monday

    Find existing shadows and reflections-try not to make them.

    Think about time of day and direction of light for shadows. 

    AVOID TREES

    You will turn in:

     1 shadow

     1 silhouette

     2 reflections

     1 additional reflection or shadow

EXPECT TO TURN IN 1 PICTURE FOR PHOTO SHOW
